TTC detours buses for Humber College repaving,
July 20 to 22

The City of Toronto is closing

  • southbound lanes of Humber College Boulevard between Carrier Drive and Finch Avenue West

for three days, starting tomorrow, Wednesday, July 20 to repave the roadway.

The TTC is detouring buses operating along the 96A Wilson via John Garland route, while the lanes are closed.

From 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 20 until 7 p.m. Friday, July 22, southbound buses operate along their regular route to Carrier Drive and Humber College Boulevard, then detour:

eastward along Carrier;
southward along Woodbine Downs Boulevard; and then
westward along Finch Avenue West to Humber College Boulevard,
resuming their regular route southward along Humber College.

Southbound buses skip their regular stops

  • south of Carrier Drive and across from #325 Humber College Boulevard.

Instead, southbound buses drop off and pick up passengers at temporary stops

  • on Carrier Drive east of Humber College Boulevard and
  • on Woodbine Downs Boulevard at #50 Woodbine Downs and at Finch Avenue West.

Northbound buses operate along their regular route.

The construction does not affect Brampton Transit service along the 50 Gore Road route.

City of Toronto construction along Humber College Boulevard started Monday, May 30, affecting Brampton Transit, GO Transit, MiWay, TTC and York Region Transit service.
