MiWay revises routes and services, starting August 2

MiWay is making minor changes to its routes and services, starting Monday, August 1.

It’s revising the 18 Northwest - Explorer route so that buses avoid construction of the Mississauga busway. Also, buses operating along the 57 Courtneypark and 61 Mavis routes drop off and pick up passengers at a new stop.

57 Courtneypark

Starting Tuesday, August 2, westbound buses drop off and pick up passengers at a new stop on Derry Road West west of Envoy Drive.

18 Northwest - Explorer

Starting Tuesday, August 2, southbound buses operate along their current route to Eastgate Parkway and Tomken Road, then proceed:

southward along Tomken; and then
westward along Rathburn Road East to Cawthra Road,
resuming their regular route westward along Rathburn West.

Southbound buses skip their current stops

  • on Eastgate Parkway at Tomken Road.
  • on Cawthra Road at Meadows Boulevard.
