Hamilton hosts more public meetings
on east-west rapid transit line, August 15, 16, 17, 18



The City of Hamilton is preparing the environmental assessment for its east-west “B-Line” rapid transit project along Queenston Road, King and Main Streets between Eastgate Square and McMaster University.

As part of the transit project assessment process, the City is hosting several public information centres, where members of the public can learn more and talk to City staff about the project.

The events take place Monday, August 15, Tuesday, August 16, Wednesday, August 17 and Thursday, August 18.

Monday, August 15

from 6 until 8 p.m.
Sackville Hill Seniors Centre,
780 Upper Wentworth Street
(at Mohawk Road East).

Tuesday, August 16

Wednesday, August 17

Most Hamilton Street Railway buses in downtown Hamilton stop within one block of the convention centre. MacNab Street Terminal is immediately east of the Convention Centre.
