GO operating extra late-night / early-morning trains
during Nuit Blanche, October 2



GO Transit is operating two extra late-night / early-morning home-bound trains along the 01 Lakeshore West and 09 Lakeshore East lines to accommodate people attending Scotiabank Nuit Blanche in the early hours of Sunday, October 2.

The free, all-night contemporary art event in downtown Toronto starts at dusk on Saturday, October 1 and ends at sunrise on Sunday, October 2.

After regular GO train service ends for the evening on October 1, GO is running extra trains:

  • Extra 01 Lakeshore West trains leave Union Station at 1:30 a.m. and 3:30 a.m., stopping at all stations until Aldershot GO Station. The trains arrive in Aldershot at 2:25 and 4:25 a.m. Buses do not connect with the trains at Aldershot.
  • Extra 09 Lakeshore East trains leave Exhibition GO Station at 1:20 a.m. and 3:20 a.m., stopping at all stations until Oshawa GO Station. The trains arrive in Oshawa at 2:35 and 4:25 a.m. Buses do not connect with the trains at Oshawa.

For those passengers staying all night, the first 01 Lakeshore West train leaves Union Station at 6:43 a.m. Sunday to Aldershot and the first 09 Lakeshore East train leaves Union at 7:13 a.m. to Oshawa. Also, an early-morning bus leaves Union at 6:20 a.m., arrives at Oshawa GO Station at 7:21 a.m. and ends its trip at King Avenue and Mill Street in Newcastle at 8:05 a.m.
