Less passenger access to trains at King City GO Station,
starting October 31

Earlier this year GO Transit started to extend the south end of the train platforms at King City GO Station to accommodate 12-car trains in the future.

Starting Monday, October 31, the construction requires GO to restrict access to the trains. Passengers won’t be able to board or exit from the first four coaches from the locomotive when traveling to or from King City.

GO expects to finish this phase of the construction by Monday, November 7, when access to all coaches of the train will again be available.
