GO repairs bus loop at Bramalea GO Station,
November 5, 6 and 7



GO Transit is closing the bus loop at Bramalea GO Station from 4 a.m. today, Saturday, November 5, until 4 a.m. Monday, November 7 to make emergency repairs.

Brampton Transit is detouring buses operating along the 13 Avondale, 15 Bramalea and 16 Southgate routes, while the loop is closed. GO Transit is detouring buses operating along the 34 Brampton / Pearson Airport / North York and 35 Brampton / Humber College / North York routes, while the loop is closed.


Brampton Transit
13 Avondale

All day Saturday, November 5, southbound buses operate along their regular route to Bramalea Road South and Steeles Avenue East, then proceed:

southward along Bramalea South to the east-west access road into Bramalea GO Station;
westward along the east-west access road to the westernmost north-south access road; and then
northward along the western access road to a temporary stop just south of Steeles Avenue East.

Northbound buses start their trips at a temporary stop on the western north-south access road out of Bramalea GO Station, just south of Steeles Avenue East, then proceed:

northward along the access road; and then
eastward along Steeles East to Bramalea Road South,
resuming their regular route northward along Bramalea South.

15 Bramalea

From 4 a.m. Saturday, November 5 until 4 a.m. Monday, November 7, southbound buses operate along their regular route to Bramalea Road South and Steeles Avenue East, then proceed:

westward along Steeles Avenue East to the westernmost north-south access road into Bramalea GO Station;
southward along the western access road to the east-west access road; and then
eastward along the east-west access road to Bramalea South,
resuming their regular route southward along Bramalea.

Southbound buses drop off and pick up passengers at a temporary stop on the westernmost north-south access road, just south of Steeles Avenue East.

Northbound buses reverse the detour routing.

Northbound buses drop off and pick up passengers at a temporary stop on the westernmost north-south access road, just south of Steeles Avenue East.

16 Southgate

From 4 a.m. Saturday, November 5 until 4 a.m. Monday, November 7, southbound buses operate along their regular route to Bramalea Road South and Steeles Avenue East, then proceed:

southward along Bramalea South to the east-west access road into Bramalea GO Station;
westward along the east-west access road to the westernmost north-south access road; and then
northward along the western access road to a temporary stop just south of Steeles Avenue East.

Northbound buses start their trips at a temporary stop on the western north-south access road out of Bramalea GO Station, just south of Steeles Avenue East, then proceed:

northward along the access road; and then
