Construction restricts access at Aurora GO Station,
starting November 7

Earlier this year GO Transit, contractors started to extend the south end of the platforms at Aurora GO Station to accommodate 12-coach train service in the future.

Tomorrow, Monday, November 7, construction on the platform requires GO to temporarily restrict access to trains. Starting Monday, you won’t be able to board or exit from the four south-end coaches on the train. Instead, you should only board and exit from the six north-end coaches when traveling to and from Aurora.

GO expects that this phase of the construction will end next Monday, November 14, after which you should again be able to board all coaches of the train.
