GO restricts access to trains at Pickering GO Station,
starting December 14

As work on the pedestrian bridge at Pickering GO Station continues starting Wednesday, December 14, construction at the east end of platforms 1 and 2 requires GO Transit to restrict passenger access to both east- and **westbound trains.

During this phase of construction, passengers will not have access to the four east-end coaches of each train. If you’re traveling to and from Pickering GO Station, you should only board or exit from the west-end coaches, starting from the accessible coach, the fifth from the locomotive. GO expects that contractor will finish this phase of the construction by the December 23, when passengers can again board and exit from all coaches of the train.
