Building new parking structure means less parking
(temporarily) at Clarkson GO Station, starting March 4

As GO Transit contractors continue to build a new multi-level parking structure at Clarkson GO Station, starting yesterday, Monday, March 4 GO is reducing the number of parking spots even more. It’s removing spots along the west-side access road as the operators of heavy construction equipment start using the road to get in and out of the work zone.

Although GO is making more parking available at the Ontario Racquet Club at 884 Southdown Road — unfortunately, that’s a 12-minute walk to and from the station.

Construction equipment will continue to prevent commuters from parking along the west-side access road until September 17.

In the meantime, if you are driving into the station, be careful when using the access road.
