The Toronto Transit Commission meets tomorrow, Wednesday, October 23 at 1 p.m. in Committee Room 2, Second Floor, City Hall, 100 Queen Street West.
The Commission is the TTC’s board of directors. It oversees matters of policy and planning, building, maintaining and operating the TTC system and expanding its services and facilities.
Its members include City of Toronto Councillors and members of the public.
During the meeting, the commissioners will discuss staff reports:
- recommending that the TTC continue to close the 1 Yonge - University - Spadina subway line north of Eglinton Station after midnight through 2014 and 2015. (You can view the staff presentation [here]. (http://bit.ly/1bRFJkA). (.pdf))
- reviewing early design concepts for interchange stations between the future Eglinton Crosstown light rail transit line and the TTC’s 1 Yonge - University - Spadina subway line at Eglinton West and Eglinton Stations. (You can read the report here](http://bit.ly/IaboUI). (.pdf))

- approving a contract to build a second exit from Woodbine Station on the northwest corner of Woodbine Avenue and Strathmore Boulevard. (You can read the report here. (.pdf))
