Starting Monday, February 2, YRT is reducing the frequency of dial-a-ride service along the route from every 30 minutes to every hour Mondays to Fridays from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. and Saturdays from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. To book a trip during dial-a-ride hours, call 905-771-2232 (instead of 1-800-899-1621) at least 60 minutes before your trip.

YRT Mobility Plus (instead of Care Accessible) will pick you up in a YRT-marked accessible vehicle at the bus stop and you can ask the driver to pick your up or drop you off at any bus stop on the route.

Regular YRT / Viva fares apply. The drivers will not accept PRESTO cards and they cannot issue YRT / Viva transfers. However, passengers using dial-a-ride to or from Aurora GO Station can show their PRESTO card or valid prepaid GO fare media to the driver and pay a Ride to GO cash fare of 75 cents (exact change).
