Yonge Street filming:
TTC detours, May 26, 27, 28



The City of Toronto is closing

  • Yonge Street between College Street / Carlton Street and King Street West

to accommodate filming for the Warner Brothers production of Suicide Squad from 7 p.m. Monday, May 25 until 6 a.m. Tuesday, May 26 and continuing overnight nightly until 6 a.m. Thursday, May 28.

The TTC is detouring buses operating along this route, while the street is closed:

  • 320 Yonge overnight.

320 Yonge overnight

Before 6 a.m. Tuesday, May 26, Wednesday, May 27 and Thursday, May 28, southbound buses operate along their regular route to Yonge Street at College Street / Carlton Street, then detour:

eastward along Carlton;
southward along Church Street; and then
westward along King Street West to Yonge,
resuming their regular route southward along Yonge.

Southbound buses skip their regular stops

  • on Yonge Street at College Street, across from #423 Yonge, at Elm Street and Dundas Street West, across from #247 Yonge and Shuter Street and at Queen, Richmond and King Streets West.

Northbound buses reverse the southbound detour routing.

Northbound buses skip their regular stops

  • on Yonge Street at Richmond and Queen Streets East, at Shuter Street and Dundas Street East, across from Elm Street, at Gerrard Street East, across from #424 Yonge and at Carlton Street.
