Burlington Transit, PRESTO host
seniors events, June 9, 17



Burlington Transit and PRESTO are hosting two “Lunch n’ Learn” sessions for seniors Tuesday, June 9 and Wednesday, June 17 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Burlington Seniors’ Centre, 2285 New Street.

You can register for one of the two sessions to learn about using transit in Burlington, the new Community Connection service and PRESTO fare cards. You must register before the event to attend. Contact Lori Hand at 905-335-7869 extension 7521 or by email: lori.hand@burlington.ca to register.

Getting there by public transit:

  • Buses operating along all three Burlington Transit community connection routes start and end at the seniors centre:
  • 300 Aldershot community connection;
  • 301 Pinedale community connection; and
  • 302 Tansley Woods community connection.
  • Buses operating along the 4 Central and 10 New - Maple routes also stop in front of or across from the seniors centre.
