Canada Day holiday service, July 1

Some local transit agencies, including the TTC, operate with special holiday schedules, Canada Day, Wednesday, July 1. GO Transit operates with Saturday schedules. Most others operate with Sunday schedules.

Barrie Transit

Regular Sunday service, with the last buses leaving the Terminal at 11 p.m. after the fireworks over Kempenfelt Bay.

B.A.C.T.S. (Barrie Accessible Community Transit Service)

Brampton Transit

Guelph Transit

Modified Sunday schedules.

Buses leave Guelph Central Station and University Centre terminals every 30 minutes from 9:15 a.m. until 8:15 p.m. and then from 11:15 p.m. until 12:15 a.m. The last bus leaving University Centre terminal before the break in service leaves at 8:30 p.m. Buses leaving Guelph Central Station at 8:15 p.m. and the University Centre at 8:30 p.m. complete their routes. Guelph Transit does not provide transit service on regular routes between 8:45 and 11 p.m. — it operates shuttle buses to and from Riverside Park for the Canada Day fireworks, instead.
