Buses heading toward the venue start their trips in Milton GO Station bus terminal, then proceed:

eastward through the Drew Centre;
southward along Thompson Road South;
westward along Derry Road;
southward along Tremaine Road;
westward along Louis St. Laurent Avenue; and then
northward along Pan Am Boulevard to the Cisco Milton Pan Am Velodrome,
ending their trips.

Buses heading toward the venue drop off or pick up passengers at stops

  • in Milton GO Station bus terminal,
  • in the Drew Centre west of Thompson Road South,
  • on Thompson Road South at Childs Drive, across from McCuaig Drive, at Laurier Avenue, across from Costigan Road and at Derry Road West,
  • on Derry Road across from Brothers Crescent, at Holly Avenue, across from Cargill Path, at Ontario Street South, west of Ontario Street South, at Commercial Street, Farmstead Drive and Bronte Street South and

Buses heading away from the venue leave the velodrome at 7:13 and 7:53 a.m., 8:48 a.m. and every 40 minutes until 6:48 p.m. They end their trips in Milton GO Station terminal at 7:29 and 8:19 a.m., 8:59 a.m. and every 40 minutes until 6:59 p.m.

After 7:30 p.m., Milton Transit operates zone bus service, with drivers following unique routes, depending on where passengers wish to go. Zone buses each serve different zones in Milton and leave the velodrome at 7:30 p.m. and every 40 minutes until 9:30 p.m. One last bus leaves at 10:30 p.m.

Buses heading away from the venue leave the velodrome at 7:13 and 7:53 a.m., 8:48 a.m. and every 40 minutes until 3:28 p.m. A final bus leaves at 4:20 p.m. They end their trips in Milton GO Station terminal at 7:29 and 8:09 a.m., 9:04 a.m. and every 40 minutes until 3:44 p.m. The final bus ends its trip at 4:36 p.m.

4 Thompson Clark

From 6:30 until 10 p.m. Tuesday, July 21 and from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, the Town of Milton is closing to all traffic:

  • Louis Saint Laurent Avenue between Tremaine Rd. and Fourth Line.

to accommodate the Milton Road Cycle Time Trial event.

Milton Transit is detouring buses while the streets are closed.

From 6:30 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 21 and from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, inbound buses start their trips on Bennett Boulevard north of Kennedy Circle, then proceed:

along their regular route westward along Kennedy.

Inbound buses skip their regular stops

  • on Louis St. Laurent Avenue west of Fourth Line and at Ferguson Drive, Ellenton Crescent, .Freeman Trail, Gordon Heights and Kennedy Circle.

Outbound buses operate along their regular route to Ferguson Drive and Clark Boulevard, then detour:

westward along Clark; and then
south- and westward along Bennett Boulevard to Kennedy Circle,
ending their trips.

Outbound buses skip their regular stops

  • on Clark Boulevard east of Ferguson Drive and at McNeil Drive and Fourth Line,
  • on Fourth Line at Hearst Boulevard and
  • on Louis St. Laurent Avenue west of Fourth Line.

Instead, outbound buses drop off or pick up passengers at temporary stops

  • on Ferguson Drive north of Clark Boulevard,
  • on Clark Boulevard at Bennett Boulevard and
  • on Bennett Boulevard at Hepburn Road.

3 Trudeau

From 6:30 until 10 p.m. Tuesday, July 21 and from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, the Town of Milton is closing to all traffic:

  • Louis Saint Laurent Avenue between Tremaine Rd. and Fourth Line.

It’s also allowing just local access on:

  • Louis Saint Laurent Avenue, between Fourth Line and James Snow Parkway

to accommodate the Milton Road Cycle Time Trial event.

From 6:30 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 21 and from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, inbound buses start their trips on Trudeau Drive at Louis St. Laurent Avenue, as usual, then proceed:

eastward along Louis St. Laurent;
northward along James Snow Parkway; and then
westward along Clark Boulevard to Trudeau,
resuming their regular route northward along Trudeau.

Inbound buses skip their regular stops

  • on Louis St. Laurent Avenue west of Trudeau Drive and at Fourth Line,
  • on Fourth Line north of Stewart Crescent [south], across from Hearst Boulevard and at Clark Boulevard and
  • on Clark Boulevard at Trudeau Drive.

Instead, inbound buses drop off or pick up passengers at a temporary stop

  • on Trudeau Drive at Louis St. Laurent Avenue.

Outbound buses operate along their regular route.

8 Willmott

From 6:30 until 10 p.m. Tuesday, July 21 and from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, the Town of Milton is closing to all traffic:

Outbound buses operate along their regular route to Bronte Street South and Leiterman Drive, then detour:

eastward along Leiterman to just east of Bronte South,
ending their trips.

Outbound buses skip their regular stops

  • on Bronte Street South south of Leiterman Drive and
  • on Louis St. Laurent Avenue east of Bronte Street South.

Instead, inbound buses drop off or pick up passengers at a temporary stop
