TTC and Toronto Fire emergency training
at Dundas Station, starting September 13

Starting this Sunday, September 13 and for the next eight Sundays, the TTC and Toronto Fire Services are conducting emergency training sessions at Dundas Station on the 1 Yonge - University subway line between 3 and 6 a.m.

During the training sessions, Toronto Fire and TTC staff will park vehicles at street level and use simulated smoke.

The training sessions are not open to the media or the public.

Subway service resumes each Sunday at 9 a.m., as usually.

Emergency training sessions at Dundas Station take place from 3 until 6 a.m.:

  • Sunday, September 13;
  • Sunday, September 20;
  • Sunday, September 27;
  • Sunday, October 4;
  • Sunday, October 11;
  • Sunday, October 18;
  • Sunday, October 25; and
  • Sunday, November 1.
