Contractors for Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre are blocking the southern entrance to and from the Bayview campus this weekend and next as they move a crane.
The TTC is detouring buses operating along these routes, while the roadway is closed:
11 Bayview
From 7:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. Saturday, October 24, Sunday, October 25 and Saturday, October 31, southbound buses operate along their regular route to Bayview Avenue and Armistice Road, then detour:
eastward along Armistice;
southward along Wellness Way;
east- and northward along Hospital Road;
westward along Raab Boulevard;
northward along Wellness;
westward along Armistice; and then
southward along Bayview to Wellness,
resuming their regular route southward along Bayview.Southbound buses skip their regular stop
- on Wellness Way south of Hospital Road (beside the Odette Cancer Centre).
Instead, southbound buses drop off or pick up passengers at temporary stops
- on Wellness Way at Armistice Road (beside the Wellspring Centre).
Northbound buses operate along their regular route to Bayview Avenue and Wellness Way, then detour:
northward along Bayview;
southward along Wellness Way;
east- and northward along Hospital Road;
westward along Raab Boulevard;
northward along Wellness; and then
westward along Armistice to Bayview,
resuming their regular route northward along Bayview.Northbound buses skip their regular stop
- on Wellness Way south of Hospital Road (beside the Odette Cancer Centre).
