Larry Batzakis has informed me that he is helping to organize a daytime charter of one of the last TTC Orion V buses in service. The charter will be held on Sunday, November 8.

“The charter will begin at Downsview Station at 9 am. We ask for everybody to meet on Sheppard Avenue West, just east of Allen outside the station. We will tour some routes in the west, central and east areas of the city. There is a scheduled 20 minute break at Parkway Mall which is located at Ellesmere Rd and Victoria Park Ave. McDonald’s, Subway and Tim Horton’s are within walking distance. The charter will conclude at Finch Station at 3 pm. The fare for the charter is $60 which comes to $10/hr.”
