The commissioners will also discuss, among other items, staff reports recommending that the commissioners approve:

• improving service in central and eastern downtown by:

• operating streetcars along the new 514 Cherry route. (You can read the staff report here. (.pdf))
• operating buses along the new 121 Fort York - Esplanade route and revising service along the 72 Pape route. (You can read the staff report here. (.pdf))

• joining with partners Metrolinx and MiWay to start building an regional bus terminal at Kipling Station. (You can read the staff report here. (.pdf))
• leasing land on the north side of Steeles Avenue East in York Region for a commuter parking lot near Pioneer Village Station. (You can read the staff report here. (.pdf))
• overhauling 30 Canadian Light Rail Vehicle (CLRV) streetcars (and maintaining others in a state of good repair) until the TTC has a sufficient number of new Toronto Flexity cars. (You can read the staff report here. (.pdf))

They’ll also consider:

• an update about TTC staff activities for 2016 on the Scarborough Subway project and on the new work plan since the future line will have fewer stations. (You can read the staff report here. (.pdf))
