Brampton Transit makes minor changes to its schedules, starting today, Monday, May 9.
It’s also slightly revising the routing for buses operating along the 10 South Industrial route.
Brampton Transit is revising service along these routes: 7 / 7A Kennedy; 10 South Industrial; 15 Bramalea; 18 Dixie; 25 Edenbrook; 36 Gardenbrooke.
Specifically, Brampton Transit is: increasing service along a route; decreasing service along a route; decreasing the frequency of service along a route; revising the path for buses operating along routes; and adjusting the schedules for buses operating along routes.
Increasing service along a route
10 South Industrial
Starting Monday, May 9, Brampton Transit reverses the path for buses operating along Biscayne Crescent - they proceed counterclockwise, instead of clockwise.
Buses drop off or pick up passengers at new stops:
- on Biscayne east of First Gulf Boulevard [south], at Clipper Court, beside #180 Biscayne and at First Gulf Boulevard [north].
Brampton Transit is also adjusting the schedules for buses operating along the route.

Decreasing service along a route
10 South Industrial
Starting Monday, May 9, Brampton Transit reverses the path for buses operating along Biscayne Crescent - they proceed counterclockwise, instead of clockwise.
Buses no longer drop off or pick up passengers at stops:
- on Biscayne Crescent across from #s 96 and 150 Biscayne, beside #165 Biscayne and east of First Gulf Boulevard [south].
Brampton Transit is also adjusting the schedules for buses operating along the route.

Decreasing the frequency of service along a route
36 Gardenbrooke
Starting Monday, May 9, Brampton Transit decreases the frequency of service along the route due to low ridership numbers.
Buses drop off or pick up passengers at stops along the route:
- every 45 minutes, instead of every 40 minutes, Mondays to Fridays before about 7 p.m.
BT is also adjusting the schedule for buses operating along the route.

Starting Monday, May 9, Brampton Transit reverses the path for buses operating along Biscayne Crescent - they proceed counterclockwise, instead of clockwise.
Southbound buses operate along the usual route to First Gulf Boulevard and Biscayne Crescent [north], then proceed:
southward along First Gulf;
east-, north- and westbound along Biscayne; and then
southward along First Gulf to Biscayne [south],
resuming their usual route southward along First Gulf.Southbound buses no longer drop off or pick up passengers at stops
- on Biscayne Crescent across from #s 96 and 150 Biscayne, beside #165 Biscayne and east of First Gulf Boulevard [south].
Instead, they serve passengers at new stops:
- on Biscayne east of First Gulf Boulevard [south], at Clipper Court, beside #180 Biscayne and at First Gulf Boulevard [north].
Northbound buses operate along the usual route to First Gulf Boulevard and Biscayne Crescent [south], then proceed:
east-, north- and westbound along Biscayne to First Gulf [north],
resuming their usual route northward along First Gulf.Northbound buses no longer drop off or pick up passengers at stops
- on Biscayne Crescent across from #s 96 and 150 Biscayne, beside #165 Biscayne and east of First Gulf Boulevard [south].
Instead, they serve passengers at new stops:

Adjusting the schedules for buses operating along routes
15 Bramalea
Starting Monday, May 9, the northbound bus that usually leaves Bramalea GO Station at 6:01 p.m. Mondays to Fridays leaves, instead, three minutes later at 6:04 p.m. (It ends its trip on Inspire Boulevard - Walmart - east of Bramalea Road North at 6:44 p.m.)
By scheduling the bus to leave the station terminal later, BT improves service for passengers transferring from a GO Transit train at the station.

Starting Saturday, May 14, BT adjusts the Saturday and Sunday-and-holiday schedules to improve service.

25 Edenbrook
Starting Monday, May 9, the southbound bus that usually leaves Wanless Drive west of Queen Mary Drive at 6:22 a.m. Mondays to Fridays leaves, instead, two minutes earlier at 6:20 a.m. (It ends its trip on Main Street North, just north of Queen Street East at 6:48 a.m.
The earlier trip improves service for passengers connecting with GO Transit trains at Brampton GO Station.
