The morning bus leaves Winterton Way west of Mavis Road at 7:33 a.m. Monday-to-Friday school days, then proceeds:

northward along Terry Fox Way;
westward along Bristol Road West;
northward along Creditview Road;
westward along Britannia Road West;
southward along Queen Street South;
westward along Tannery Street; and then
southward along Joymar Drive to just south of Tannery Street beside Streetsville Secondary School,

That same day it again operates the northbound buses that usually leave Cawthra south of Arbor at 3:10, 3:11 and 3:13 p.m. The buses end their trips in City Centre Terminal at 3:36, 3:37 and 3:39 p.m.
76 City Centre - Subway
MiWay operates three more buses along the route later Monday-to-Friday evenings.
Starting Tuesday, September 6, the last eastbound bus leaves City Centre Terminal at 10:39 p.m., instead of 8:20 p.m., Mondays to Fridays. The last westbound bus leaves Islington Station at 11:22 p.m., instead of 9:04 p.m.
Buses operate about every 27½ minutes after about 8:30 p.m.

107 Malton express
Summer service ends and regular service resumes.
The fall academic term at Humber College’s North campus starts Tuesday, September 6. That same day, MiExpress buses again operate to and from the college Mondays to Fridays from about 6:30 a.m. until 10:45 p.m.
The buses operate only as far north as Westwood Mall terminal early Monday-to-Friday mornings and all day Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Also starting Tuesday, September 6, MiWay operates buses along the route later Monday-to-Friday evenings.
The last southbound bus leaves Humber at 10:45 p.m., instead of leaving Westwood at 10:14 p.m. The last northbound bus leaves City Centre Terminal at 9:55 p.m., instead of 9:30 p.m.

Decreasing service along a route

MiWay is decreasing service late Monday-to-Friday evenings.
Starting Tuesday, September 6, the last southbound bus leaves Meadowvale Town Centre terminal at 12:15 a.m., instead of 1:15 a.m. Tuesdays to Saturdays. The last northbound bus leaves South Common Centre terminal at 11:45 p.m., instead of 1:46 a.m.
In total, MiWay is removing six trips - two southbound and four northbound - from the Monday-to-Friday schedules.
Buses operating along the parallel 13 Glen Erin route continue to serve the same neighbourhood until about 2:30 a.m.
MiWay is also making other changes to service along the route.

The fall / winter academic term at the University of Toronto’s Mississauga campus starts Tuesday, September 6. That same day, MiWay again short-turns MiExpress buses on the campus Mondays to Fridays after the morning rush hours. Buses again operate short trips between the campus and City Centre Transit Terminal, increasing the frequency of service along this part of route.
Buses drop off or pick up passengers at stops east of U of T Mississauga:
- every 5 to 10 minutes, instead of every 15 to 17 minutes, from about 8:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m.
MiWay is also increasing service along the route.
Decreasing the frequency of service along routes
26 Burnhamthorpe
MiWay operates one less bus along the route, decreasing the frequency of service late Monday to Friday evenings.
Starting Tuesday, September 6, buses drop off or pick up passengers along the route:
- every 26 to 28 minutes, instead of every 22 minutes, Mondays to Fridays after about 8 p.m.
Instead, MiWay is increasing service along the 76 City Centre - Subway route.
MiWay is also increasing service along the route.

MiWay continues summer service levels along the route permanently. It decreasing the frequency of service all year Mondays to Fridays during rush hours.

Summer service ends and MiWay resumes MiExpress service to and from Humber College’s North campus Mondays to Fridays from about 6:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m.
Starting Tuesday, September 6, southbound buses start their trips in Humber College Terminal, then proceed:
westward along Humber College Boulevard and Humberline Drive;
southward along Humberwoods Boulevard;
westward along Morning Star Drive; and then
southward into Westwood Mall terminal,
resuming their regular route.Northbound buses reverse the southbound routing.
Buses operate express - without stopping - between Westwood Mall and Humber College terminals.
