GO Transit is decreasing the frequency of trains along the 09 Lakeshore East line Friday, December 2 evening until Sunday, December 4 due to construction at Guildwood GO Station.

Friday, December 2:

• Westbound trains operate hourly, starting with the train that leaves Oshawa GO Station at 7:38 p.m. GO is cancelling the trains that usually leave Oshawa at 8:08, 9:08 and 10:08 p.m.
• Eastbound trains operate hourly, starting with the train that leaves Union Station at 6:13 p.m. GO is cancelling the trains that usually leave Union at 6:43, 7:48, 8:43, 9:43 and 10:43 p.m.

Saturday, December 2 and Sunday, December 4:

• West- and eastbound trains operate hourly all day.
• Westbound trains leave Oshawa only at 41 minutes past each hour. GO is canceling all trains that usually leave Oshawa at 11 minutes past each hour.
• Eastbound trains leave Union Station only at 13 minutes past each hour. GO is canceling all trains that usually leave Union at 43 minutes past each hour.

You may have to wait as long as 30 minutes for the next train. GO buses continue to operate along their regular schedules, including buses that usually connect with Lakeshore East trains.
