Milton Transit resumes seasonal service
to Glen Eden, starting December 17

With ski season starting at Glen Eden this Saturday, December 17, Milton Transit is resuming service along its 61 Glen Eden Slopes express route that day, too.

Conservation Halton sponsors the service Mondays to Fridays and Saturdays throughout the 2016 - 2017 ski season. Regular fares apply.

Westbound buses leave Milton GO Station bus terminal, then proceed:

westward along Main Streets East and West;
northward along Tremaine Road;
westward along Number 3 Sideroad; and then
northward into Glen Eden.

Eastbound buses reverse the westbound routing.


Starting Saturday, December 17, westbound buses leave Milton GO Station at 8:10 a.m. Saturdays and every hour until 6:10 p.m. They end their trips at Glen Eden from 8:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Eastbound buses leave Glen Eden at 8:40 a.m. and every hour until 5:40 p.m. They end their trips in Milton GO Station bus terminal at 9 a.m. and every hour until 6 p.m.

Starting Monday, December 19, westbound buses leave the station at 3:10, 4:10 and 5:10 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. They end their trips in Glen Eden at 3:30, 4:30 and 5:30 p.m. They leave Glen Eden at 3:40 and 5:40 p.m. They end their trips in the station terminal at 4 and 5 p.m.

MT also operates evening drop-off service from Glen Eden to the “nearest Milton Transit stop” (meaning the nearest stop to where you want to go). The buses leave Glen Eden at 6:40, 7:40, 8:40 and 10:15 p.m. Saturdays and 9 and 10:15 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.

Glen Eden employees can use their photo identification staff pass for free, system-wide transit throughout the ski and snow-boarding season. Just show your staff pass to the driver when boarding any Milton Transit bus.
