Trial run for trains at Vincent Yard, starting June 5

The TTC is winding up its project to upgrade Vincent (or “Keele” subway yard to provide more space to store subway cars.

To get the yard ready for maintaining trains, TTC is conducting a “trial run” during the next two weeks starting Monday, June 5 by regularly operating two to four service trains into the yard.

Crews are also measuring sound levels over a 24-hour period as a baseline before re-opening the yard Sunday, June 18.
