Metrolinx partners with Niagara Parks
to offer WEGO bus passes to GO passengers

Metrolinx and the Niagara Parks Commission are making it easier to get around Niagara Parks, Niagara Falls and Niagara Region.

Starting Friday, June 23, as little as $25 for an individual or $50 for a family of five buys you a two-way trip between Toronto and Niagara aboard GO Transit’s seasonal trains. The new partnership between Metrolinx and Niagara Parks introduces special travel packages that combine a round-trip GO train ticket with access to the popular Niagara WEGO visitor transportation system and attractions in the Niagara area.

The travel package includes GO train service to and from Niagara, with stops at Union Station, Exhibition, Port Credit, Oakville and Burlington GO Stations and the St. Catharines and Niagara Falls VIA Rail Stations. It also offers a two-day access pass to WEGO, the hop-on, hop-off tourism buses that operate throughout Niagara Parks, the City of Niagara Falls and to and from the Town of Niagara-on-the Lake.

The new travel packages also offer discounted prices for the WEGO Niagara-on-the-Lake Shuttle and four area tourist attractions.
