Starting Monday, September 18, Brampton Transit is detouring buses operating along this route, due to a construction project:
- 31 McVean.
(The buses detour off parts of Goreway Drive and Mayfield Road, but we have not found a Region of Peel or City of Brampton project that affects these parts of the roads.)
Construction on Goreway Drive or Mayfield Road and the Brampton Transit detour continue until further notice.
31 McVean
Starting Monday, September 18, southbound buses operate along their regular route to Mayfield Road and Centreville Creek Road / McVean Drive, then detour:
southward along McVean; and then
westward along Countryside Drive to Goreway Drive,
resuming their regular route southward along Goreway.Southbound buses skip their regular stops
- on Mayfield Road west of Centreville Creek Road and across from Gordon Randle Drive and
- on Goreway Drive at Eiffel Boulevard.
Instead, southbound buses drop off or pick up passengers at temporary stops
- on McVean Drive at Countryside Drive and
- on Countryside Drive at Gordon Randle Drive and Stanley Carberry Drive.
Northbound buses reverse the southbound detour routing.
Northbound buses skip their regular stops
- on Goreway Drive across from Eiffel Boulevard and at Lucinda Court and
- on Mayfield Road at Gordon Randle Drive.
Instead, northbound buses drop off or pick up passengers at temporary stops
- on Countryside Drive at Bellini Avenue and Forestview Court and
- on McVean Drive north of Countryside Drive and at Squire Ellis Drive.
