City of Toronto contractors have mostly finished the project (.pdf) to rebuild the sidewalks and install “streetscaping” on College Street between Havelock and Shaw Streets.
Since the contractors have only minor elements of the project to complete, the TTC is resuming regular streetcar service along the 306 Carlton overnight and 506 Carlton routes along College Street between Lansdowne Avenue and Bathurst Street 5 a.m. Sunday, October 15.
Shuttle buses no longer operate along College between Lansdowne and Spadina Avenues.
The TTC has detoured the cars off College and replaced the cars with buses since Monday, June 19.
