Metrolinx wants you to share your ideas about how it and its operating divisions, GO Transit, PRESTO and Union Pearson Express, can make traveling around our region easier for people with disabilities.
It’s hosting three public meetings when you can provide your concerns, compliments and complaints about the accessibility of its services or suggest ways it can improve. The meetings take place across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton area so passengers can provide feedback on the services Metrolinx (including GO Transit, UP Express and PRESTO) and its municipal partners provide.
Staff have scheduled the events:
Events take place in:
- the central region;
- the east region; and
- the west region.
Metrolinx has also organized a teleconference, where you can participate in a meeting remotely using your telephone or other device.
It’s also arranged to provide American Sign Language interpretation, real-time captioning, and attendant care at each of the in-person meetings.

- Inbound HSR buses operating along the 4 Bayfront and 20 A-Line express routes to James Street North across from Rebecca Street. Walk north along James North and then west along York to the library.
- Outbound buses operating along the 4 Bayfront route to MacNab Street North north of York Boulevard. Walk south along MacNab North to York, then cross at the signal to the library.
- Inbound HSR buses operating along the 7 Locke and 8 York routes to York Boulevard across from MacNab Street North, just east of the library.

- Streetcars operating along the 504 King or 514 Cherry routes to King Street West and John Street. Metro Hall is on the southeast corner.
