Some GO trains pick up Union Station passengers
at different platforms, starting November 29

Starting tomorrow, Wednesday, November 29, Metrolinx is reopening all GO Transit platforms at Union Station.

However, you can expect more platform changes early in 2018 as part of the ongoing Union Station Revitalization project.

Starting tomorrow:

  • Barrie line trains leave at 3:40 and 4:40 pm. from platforms 11 and 12. The 6:05 pm. train leaves from platform 13.
  • Most Kitchener line afternoon trains leave from platforms 9 and 10. However, the 5:02 p.m. train continues to leave from platforms 11 and 12.
  • Lakeshore West line afternoon express trains leave from platforms 7 and 8 and local trains (making regular station stops) leave from platforms 5 and 6 until 7:13 pm.
  • Milton line trains leave from Platform 4.

Metrolinx is assigning extra station attendants and transit safety officers to help guide passengers. Always check the departures boards before heading up to the platform.
