PRESTO website and app unavailable,
February 15 and 16

The PRESTO website and application will be unavailable from about 10 p.m. Friday, February 15 until “mid-afternoon” Saturday, February 16, while staff update the system. You can still use your fare card to travel as usually, but expect delays in receiving transaction and trip information in your account.

During the upgrade, you can load your card in person at a customer service outlet, many Shoppers Drug Mart locations that offer PRESTO services, PRESTO self-serve reload machines, fare-vending machines at TTC stations or at many ticket-vending machines in some GO Transit and UP Express stations.

If you normally use the website or app to load funds or passes, make sure you do so before February 13 so you have enough funds to travel — set up autoload.
