Guelph Transit further revising services to respond to COVID-19

Starting today, Thursday, March 26, Guelph Transit is further revising its services as part of the City of Guelph’s response to COVID-19.

Starting today, GT and its staff are:

  • not allowing more than 10 people aboard a bus at one time;
  • blocking off seats on each bus so that passengers can practise physical distancing, while riding the bus; and
  • asking passengers to only ride the bus for essential trips (for example: work; medical appointments; and grocery shopping).

GT previously announced that it was decreasing service along its routes earlier this month.
