Update — Monday, April 20, 9:01 a.m.: MiWay is temporarily cancelling service along route 104 Derry express April 20 until April 27, so it can to provide overcrowding relief on route 42 Derry.

MiWay says it “remains committed to providing Mississauga-wide transit service and supporting the physical distancing efforts that Peel Public Health and the provincial and federal governments have recommended… Limiting transit use to essential travel only will help us all flatten the curve.”

The Mississauga transit agency intends to resume regular service along some routes starting Monday, April 13. It also is cancelling service along its GO shuttle routes. And, it plans to restore service along some express routes, but the express buses drop off or pick up passengers at all stops — both express and local stops — along their routes.

These changes revise the service decrease that MiWay already implemented, starting Monday, March 23.

Starting Monday, April 13, MiLocal buses resume operating with regular Monday-to-Friday schedules along these routes:

• 1 / 1C Dundas.
• 19 / 19A / 19B Hurontario; and
• 35 / 35A Eglinton.

Starting Saturday, April 19, MiLocal buses resume operating with regular Saturday schedules along this route:

• 1 / 1C Dundas.

Starting Monday, April 13, MiExpress buses resume operating with less frequent service than usually, dropping off or picking up passengers at local stops along these routes:

• 101 Dundas express;
• 103 Hurontario express; and
• 104 Derry express (Updated — Monday, April 20, 9:01 a.m.: Cancelled Monday, April 20 until Friday, April 24).

MiWay is cancelling service along GO shuttle routes. Thursday, April 9 is the last day until further notice that MiLocal buses operate along these routes:

• 32 Lisgar GO;
• 37 Creditview - Erindale GO;
• 64 Meadowvale GO; and
• 67 Streetsville GO.
