Trillium Health Partners Mississauga construction: MiWay detours, starting April 15



Update — Friday, December 11, 4:07 a.m.: The hospital is closing Ring Road Saturday, October 12 and Sunday, October 13 for paving. MiWay is detouring buses.


Update — Friday, October 2, 4:13 p.m.: The hospital is closing Ring Road from 7 p.m. tonight until Sunday, October 4 for paving. MiWay is detouring buses.


Update — Sunday, August 2, 2:56 p.m.: MiWay is shortening the path for buses along the 103 Hurontario express route. Starting Monday, August 3, buses along route 103 start and end their trips at Trillium Health Centre.


Update — Friday, April 24, 10:39 p.m.: MiWay is cancelling the along 19 / 19A / 19B / 19C Hurontario route, starting Monday, April 27. Friday, April 24 is the last day that buses operate along the 19A and 19B branches. Saturday, April 25 is the last day that buses operate along the 19C branch.


Starting Thursday, April 15, emergency repairs at Trillium Health Centre temporarily block access to MiWay bus stop #0562 in the Trillium Hospital Loop.

MiWay is detouring buses along these routes, while the work zone blocks the stop:

Construction at Trillium Health Centre and the resulting MiWay detours continue until further notice.

Starting Wednesday, April 15, southbound buses operate along their regular route to Queensway West beside Trillium Health Centre,
ending their trips.

Southbound buses skip their regular stop

  • in Trillium Hospital Loop at stop #0562.

Instead, southbound buses drop off passengers at stop #2622 on Queensway West beside Trillium Health Centre.

Northbound buses start their trips on Queensway West beside Trillium Health Centre, then proceed:

eastward along Queensway West;
south-, east- and northward through Trillium Hospital Loop,
resuming their regular route northward along Confederation Parkway.

Northbound buses skip their regular stop

  • in Trillium Hospital Loop at stop #0562.

Instead, northbound buses pick up passengers at stop #2622 on Queensway West beside Trillium Health Centre.

19A / 19B / 19C Hurontario

(Updated — Friday, April 24, 10:39 p.m.) Starting from Wednesday, April 15 until Saturday, April 25, southbound buses operate along their regular route to Trillium Hospital Loop, then proceed:

south-, east- and northward through the loop; and then
eastward along Queensway West to beside Trillium Health Centre,
ending their trips.
