To make sure it’s serving its community safely during the COVID-19 emergency, Brampton Transit is revising services, starting Monday, May 4.
It’s adding extra service and increasing frequency along routes, it says, “to help support access to healthcare facilities and employment areas in Brampton, and to improve access and connections to other Brampton Transit services. Best efforts will be made to sustain these services with the resources we have.”
BT is not issuing senior and veteran identification cards due to COVID-19. Eligible passengers can continue to use their expired cards until further notice.
Customer Service counters at terminals remain closed. Starting Monday, May 4, Brampton Transit reduces the building hours at Bramalea, Brampton Gateway and Downtown Terminals to only from 6 a.m. until 9 p.m. every day.
