MiExpress buses resume serving passengers only at express stops, starting July 2

MiWay is resuming regular express service along many of its MiExpress routes, starting Thursday, July 2.

Since Monday, April 13, MiWay has responded to fewer passengers due to the COVID-19 pandemic by operating many of its MiExpress buses as MiLocal services. That means that the buses drop off or pick up passengers at all stops along their route, instead of only at express stops.

MiWay is resuming regular service — with buses serving passengers only at express stops — along these MiExpress routes:

  • 101 / 101A Dundas express;
  • 103 Hurontario express;
  • 104 Derry express;
  • 108 Meadowvale Business express;
  • 109 Meadowvale express; and
  • 110 University express.

MiWay continues to suspend MiExpress service along these routes:

  • 100 Airport express;
  • 107 Malton express; and
  • 185 Dixie express.
