Pioneer Village Station terminal construction affects YRT service, starting October 16

Starting Friday, October 16, York Region Transit is repairing the platform and roadway in Pioneer Village Station bus terminal.

To accommodate the work, buses may pick up passengers at different platforms than usually.

First, starting 9:30 a.m., October 16, buses along the 96 Keele - Yonge route operate from platform 1 in the terminal “for approximately one week” or until October 23. (Buses along the 3 Thornhill route continue to stop at that platform.)

Look for signs at the terminal directing you where to board your bus.

Construction in YRT’s Pioneer Village terminal continues “for approximately eight weeks” or until November 11.
