An extra bus leaves Head Street at 9:28 p.m. to end its trip on Main Street West at MacNab Street South in downtown Hamilton.

More eastbound buses leave Meadowlands Terminal (Martindale Road north of Golf Links Road) at 6:54, 7:44, 8:09 and 8:39 a.m., 9:04 a.m. and every 30 minutes until 3:04 p.m., 3:49 p.m. and every hour until 7:49 p.m. These buses end their trips on Greenhill Avenue across from Cochrane Road in the Rosedale neighbourhood. One last bus leaves Meadowlands at 8:19 p.m. ends its trip in downtown Hamilton.

South- and westbound buses leave Gage Avenue North at Industrial Drive at 7 a.m. and every 30 minutes until 7 p.m., 7:29 p.m. and every 30 minutes until 9:29 p.m. Buses leaving Gage North and Industrial at 7 a.m. and every hour until 7 p.m., 7:59 and 8:59 p.m. operate along Ottawa Street and end their trips at Meadowlands Terminal. Buses leaving Gage North and Industrial at 7:30 a.m. and every hour until 6:30 p.m., 7:29, 8:29 and 9:29 p.m. operate along Kenilworth Avenue and end their trips at Sanatorium Loop.

Buses drop off or pick up passengers every 30 minutes at stops on the common part of the route — between Mohawk Road West and Rice Avenue and the Kenilworth Traffic Circle from about 7 a.m. until 9 p.m.

43 Stone Church

Buses leave Meadowlands Terminal on Martindale Crescent north of Golf Links Road every hour from 6:05 a.m. until 8:05 p.m. A final bus leaves Meadowlands at 9:05 p.m., but ends its trip in Limeridge Terminal.

Buses operate from Highland Road West west of Aubrey Drive every hour from 6:05 a.m. until 8:05 p.m. A final bus leaves Highland West west of Aubrey at 9:05 p.m., but ends its trip in Limeridge Terminal.

44 Rymal

Buses leave Ancaster Business Park at 7:15 a.m. and every hour until 8:15 p.m. A final bus leaves Ancaster at 9:15 p.m., but ends its trip on Rymal Road West at Upper James Street.

Buses leave the future Confederation GO Station at 5:47 a.m. and every hour until 7:47 p.m. A final bus leaves Confederation at 8:47 p.m., but ends its trip on Rymal Road East beyond Upper James Street.

55 Stoney Creek Central

Buses leave Levi Loop at 10 a.m. and every hour until 5 p.m., then 5:51 p.m. They leave Bell Manor Loop at 11:06 a.m. and every hour until 5:06 p.m., then 5:57 p.m.

Buses leave Eastgate Terminal at 10:30 a.m. and every hour until 5:30 p.m.

58 Stoney Creek local

Buses leave City Highway 8 (Queenston Road) and King Street East Stoney Creek at 11:30 a.m. and every hour until 4:30 p.m., then 5:20 p.m.

Buses leave Eastgate Terminal at 11 a.m. and every hour until 5 p.m.
