Starting Monday, January 4, GO Transit is closing parts of the stairs in the east tunnel at Bronte GO Station. Crews are rehabilitating the stairs to make them safer.
Crews work in phases, but the project doesn’t affect how you board or exit from trains.
Phase 1: GO is closing the east entrance between the passenger pick-up and drop-off area (or “Kiss and Ride”) and the east side of the stairwell from January 4 until January 15.
Phase 2: GO is closing the west entrance between the parking lot and west side of the stairwell from January 16 until January 29.
During this time, you can use the west tunnel, stairwell and elevators between the west parking lot and bus loop.
