GO suspending Niagara train service, January 9

Starting Saturday, January 9, GO Transit is suspending all GO train service to and from Niagara Falls for the winter. By suspending the trains, GO says, it can “match [passenger] demand and use our resources efficiently”. The transit agency expects to resume the weekend service again in spring.

Sunday, January 3 was the last day for the weekend train service.

While GO is suspending Niagara train service, buses continue to operate along GO’s 12 Niagara Falls / Burlington route hourly every day. You can connect with GO trains along the 01 Lakeshore West line at Burlington GO Station.

The elevators at Burlington GO aree out of service until early 2021 during upgrades.
