Metrolinx contractors are upgrading signal infrastructure on GO Transit’s Lakeshore East corridor this weekend. As a result, GO is temporarily adjusting its schedules for trains along the line Saturday, January 23 and Sunday, January 24.
All westbound trains leave stations 25 minutes later than usually.
Passengers connecting with buses along the 81 Port Perry / Whitby and 88 Peterborough / Oshawa routes may have wait as long as 40 minutes to transfer.
Durham Region Transit passengers should check schedules on-line if they plan to connect with GO trains.
The eastbound train that usually leaves Union Station at 12:45 a.m. leaves, instead, ten minutes earlier at 12:35 a.m.
