Metrolinx and its contractors continue to prepare for upcoming construction of the Hurontario light rail transit line in Mississauga and Brampton.

Since mid-September, contractors have been relocating utilities

  • on Hurontario Street between Highway 407 and Matheson Boulevard

as part of the LRT construction project. The work zone blocks traffic lanes.

Starting noon Friday, January 29, the northbound MiWay stop

  • on Hurontario at Nahani Way (stop #1901)

is out of service, due to the lane closures. Use the temporary platform 90 metres south to board and exit from buses along this route while the stop is out of service:

  • 17 Hurontario.
