GO adjusting schedules for Lakeshore East trains, February 6 and 7

Metrolinx contractors are upgrading signal infrastructure on GO Transit’s Lakeshore East corridor this weekend. As a result, GO is temporarily adjusting its schedules for trains along the line Saturday, February 6 and Sunday, February 7.

All eastbound trains leave stations 10 minutes later than usually. Passengers connecting with buses along the 81 Port Perry / Whitby and 88 Peterborough / Oshawa routes may have wait as long as 40 minutes to transfer.

Durham Region Transit passengers should check schedules on-line if they plan to connect with GO trains.

The eastbound train that usually leaves Union Station at 12:45 a.m. continues to operate at its usual time.
