MiWay is making minor changes to its services, Emancipation Day, Monday, August 2.
Due to fewer riders riding MiWay buses during the COVID-19 pandemic, MiWay continues to suspend service along these MiExpress routes:
- 100 Airport express;
- 101 / 101A Dundas express (Saturdays only — service continues Mondays to Fridays);
- 104 Derry express;
- 107 Malton express; and
- 185 Dixie express.
MiWay is revising service along these MiLocal routes: 14 Lorne Park; 16 / 16A Malton; 42 Derry; 66 McLaughlin.
And, it’s revising service along this MiExpress route: 103 Hurontario express.
Specifically, it’s increasing service along a route; adjusting the schedules for buses along routes; and making another change to service along a route.
Increasing service along a route

Starting Tuesday, August 3, MiWay operates a buses on a new eastbound trip along the route to reduce overcrowding. The bus leaves Westwood Square Terminal at 11:11 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.

Making another change to service along a route

Starting Monday, August 2, due to an increase in passenger demand, MiWay operates larger buses for some trips along the route to reduce the potential for overcrowding.
