The TTC is closing Line 2 Bloor - Danforth subway between Kipling and Jane stations Saturday, September 18 and Sunday, September 19. Line 2 trains operate only between Jane and Kennedy stations that day.

Frequent shuttle buses partly replace subway service. The buses drop off or pick up passengers on the street near each of the stations on the closed section of the line. TTC staff in each station can direct you to shuttle-bus stops.

All stations remain open so you can pay fares or connect with TTC and MiWay buses. However, at Royal York Station, the entrance / exit to and from Grenview Boulevard is closed.

While this section of the subway is closed, TTC crews are maintaining the tracks.
