The TTC has announced that, starting Thursday, September 23, it’s detouring buses along this route, “during road construction”:
- 91C Woodbine.
(The TTC has not specified where the construction is taking place. The City of Toronto’s website notes pending sanitary- and storm-sewer construction on Brookbanks Drive, a street that is on the path for buses along the 91C Woodbine route.)
Buses along route 91C loop north of Brookbanks around a wide loop. They usually operate clockwise around the loop before noon daily. They loop counterclockwise after noon. During this construction project, the buses loop clockwise all day.
Construction — perhaps on Brookbanks Drive — and the resulting TTC detour continue until November 25.
91C Woodbine
Buses along the route loop north of Brookbanks Drive / Three Valleys Drive around a wide loop. They usually operate clockwise around the loop before noon daily. They loop counterclockwise after noon. During this construction project, from Thursday, September 23 until 5 p.m. Friday, November 5, the buses loop clockwise all day.
Southbound buses skip their regular stops
- on Valley Woods Road at York Mills Road,
- on York Mills Road beyond Sandover Drive and at Lochinvar Crescent,
- on Silverdale Crescent beyond York Mills Road,
- on Laurentide Drive at Bushbury Drive, beyond Barnwood Court and at Three Valleys Drive,
- on Three Valleys Drive at Groveland Crescent and across from Valley Woods Road.
Northbound buses skip their regular stops
- on Valley Woods Road beside #29 Valley Woods, across from #44 Valley Woods and at York Mills Road.
