Starting Wednesday, November 3, Halton Health Care is closing a roadway on the northern and eastern edges of its Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital campus, while contractors repave the roadway.
Oakville Transit is detouring buses along this route, while the roadway is closed:
- 3 Third Line.
Construction at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital and the resulting OT detour continue until November 10.
3 Third Line
From Wednesday, November 3 until Wednesday, November 10, southbound buses proceed from their stop at the west hospital entrance:
westward along Volunteer Way to the internal hospital-campus roadway, then continuing further westward along Volunteer;
northward along Hospital Gate;
eastward along William Halton Parkway; and then
southward along Third Line to the internal hospital-campus roadway,
resuming their regular route southward along Third.Southbound buses skip their regular stops
- at the north and east entrances to Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.
Northbound buses operate along their regular route.
