Starting Tuesday, February 22, Brampton Transit is restoring Monday-to-Friday service along the 27 Robert Parkinson route.
Buses drop off or pick up passengers at stops on the route about every 35 minutes from about 5 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Due to COVID-19-related staff shortages and fewer riders, BT temporarily cancelled and reduced services “to ensure our transit system can continue to safely move people around [Brampton] effectively,” starting Monday, January 17.
The transit agency says it will continue to monitor “resource availability and ridership” and “will restore additional services as soon as possible”.
