Bramalea Road construction affects Brampton Transit service, starting "the week of" February 28

*Update — Monday, February 28, 7:53 a.m.: Starting Tuesday, March 1, the work zone blocks Brampton Transit bus access to stop #1373 on Bramalea Road just north of Bovaird East.

Starting “the week of” Monday, February 28”, Region of Peel contractors are replacing the water main

  • on Bramalea Road between Sandalwood Parkway East and Bovaird Drive East

in the City of Brampton.

Passengers aboard Brampton Transit buses along these routes can expect delays:

  • 15 / 15A Bramalea;
  • 32 Father Tobin;
  • 33 Peter Robinson; and
  • 217 Mayfield Secondary iRide high-school special.

Water-main construction on Bramalea Road and the resulting Brampton Transit delays continue until August 31.
