As a result of the changing response to the pandemic, GO Transit has decreased train service along the 01 Lakeshore West line, responding to ongoing staff shortages due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Oakville Transit is revising its Monday-to-Friday schedules, it says, “to provide the best possible connections throughout the day” to GO trains, starting Monday, March 21.
Buses along most bus routes serving Oakville GO station leave the station terminal at 10 and 40 minutes after the hour during the day, instead of the current 22 and 52 or 7 and 37 minutes after the hour.
OT is also revising bus-departure times at Appleby, Bronte and Clarkson GO stations.
The new schedules affect buses along these routes:
- 1 Trafalgar;
- 4 Speers / Cornwall;
- 5 / 5A Dundas;
- 10 West Industrial;
- 13 Westoak Trails;
- 14 / 14A Lakeshore West;
- 15 Bridge;
- 18 Glen Abbey South;
- 19 River Oaks;
- 20 Northridge;
- 24 South Common Centre;
- 26 Falgarwood;
- 28 Glen Abbey North;
- 34 Pine Glen; and
- 120 East Industrial.

OT had originally scheduled this service change for Monday, February 28, but postponed it due to the recent labour disruption.
