Starting Tuesday, April 19, GO Transit is upgrading all stairwells at Aldershot GO Stationby replacing old stair-treads with new ones.
GO has closed the east stairwell to Platform 4 during the construction. Use the west stairwell on the opposite side and be careful around the work zone.
GO says it plans “to reopen the stairwell in two weeks”, meaning construction on the east stairwell to platform 4 at Aldershot continues as late as until May 2.
GO continues to upgrade all stairs at the station until “the end of May”, meaning as late until May 31.
